Alan Meken (Nueva York; 22 de julio de 1949) es un compositor y pianista estadounidense. Es mayormente conocido por haber compuesto la música de numerosas películas producidas por los estudios de animación de Walt Disney.
Menken ha ganado un total de ocho Óscars y ha estado nominado dieciséis veces por diferentes bandas sonoras de Disney. Menken es el segundo ganador más prolífico Oscar en las categorías de música después de Alfred Newman, quien tiene nueve Oscar. También ha ganado once premios Grammy, un premio Tony y otros honores.
