Es muy inteligente, como se demuestra en A Goofy Movie cuando trabaja con cables y varias cosas. Aunque a veces parece un bobo, como cuando en An Extremely Goofy Movie Max presume diciendo que sus amigos son de lo que no hay, pero en ese momento Bobby se había puesto cubiertos en la cara (y en el ombligo).

A Goofy Movie[]
Bobby aparece en A Goofy Movie ayudando a Max a conquistar a Roxanne. Se le ve trabajando con cables y más artilugios, por lo que se observa que es un genio de la tecnología. En la película se demuestra que le gusta el queso chedar, al ver lo contento que se pone cuando Max le da "pasta de chedar" (un alimento guardado en un spray como el de la nata). Al final de la película, se ve que él y Stacy se atraen.
An Extremely Goofy Movie[]
En An Extremely Goofy Movie, Bobby va con Max y P.J. a la universidad. Allí se enfrentan a los Gammas en los "Juegos Universitarios X", una serie de competiciones en la que los Gammas llevan tres años seguidos como campeones. En la universidad Bobby intenta flirtear con una chica poeta (la cual se enamora de P.J.).
