La película está protagonizada por Dove Cameron, Sofia Carson, Booboo Stewart, Cameron Boyce y Mitchell Hope, quienes interpretan a los hijos de personajes clásicos de Disney.

Historia

Ben, el benevolente hijo adolescente de los Reyes (Bella y Bestia de Beauty and the Beast) está a punto de tomar el trono. Su primer anuncio: ofrecer una oportunidad de redención a los descendientes de los villanos, cuyos padres están encarcelados en una isla prohibida con otros villanos y secuaces.

Estos descendientes de los villanos pueden entrar en el reino para asistir a la escuela de preparación junto a los hijos de los héroes de Disney. Sin embargo, los adolescentes malvados se enfrentan a un dilema: seguir los pasos de sus nefastos padres y ayudar a todos los villanos a recuperar el poder, u obtener su bondad innata y salvar el reino.
