Es un rico propietario de una cadena de restaurantes de ancas de rana. Cuando ve a Gustavo, le pide que sea el portavoz de sus restaurantes, pero él se niega. Sin embargo, Doc Hopper no descansará hasta que Gustavo trabaje para él, intentándolo de todos los medios, incluso amenazándole con acabar con él y comérselo.
