Es un castillo que está resguardado en un fiordo, por motivos de defensa con entrada por el puerto. Debido a la inestabilidad de los poderes de Elsa, el castillo estuvo cerrado al mundo exterior por decisión de sus padres, pensando en la protección de sus hijas y reino.
13 años después, Anna ayuda a Elsa a controlar sus poderes, y con ello, nunca se volvió a cerrar las puertas del castillo y se permitió la entrada a todo el mundo.
Lugares del castillo
Capilla de Arendelle: Donde se corona al heredero para reinar Arendella.
Dormitorio de Elsa: Donde Elsa duerme y ha pasado la mayoria de su vida.
Dormitorio de Anna: Donde Anna duerme. Anna y Elsa compartían habitación hasta que por decision de sus padres, se las separo por su seguridad.
Aposentos del Rey y la Reina: Donde los reyes dormían hasta su fallecimiento.
La biblioteca: Donde Elsa practica su coronación con un joyero y vela hasta que se congela. Tambien es donde Hans revela sus intenciones y deja a Anna morir congelada, pero sin existo, ya que fue salvada por Olaf.
El salón de baile: Donde se lleva los bailes acabo.
La sala de consejo: Donde se llevan acabo las decisiones.
Pasillo: Donde Anna y Hans patinan descalzos.
La sala de cuadros: Donde Anna habla con los cuadros para hacerla compañía.
Jardín: Donde Anna camina por los alrededores y ve una gansa con sus hijos.
Patio: Donde la gente ve la coronación y, al final, Elsa crea una pista de hielo.
El gran salón: Donde Elsa y Anna jugaban con los poderes de Elsa. También es el lugar donde se celebra la fiesta de coronación hasta que Elsa expone sus poderes. También es donde esta el trono de Elsa.
El balcón: Donde Hans y Anna pasan el tiempo juntos.
La torre del reloj: Donde Anna y Hans bailan como un reloj para divertirse.
El faro: Donde Anna y Hans bailan en la luz.
Los establos: Donde Anna y Hans juegan al escondite
Las torres del castillo: Donde Anna y Hans exploran.
Las puertas: Normalmente cerradas hasta el día de la coronación y posterior decisión de Elsa.
Las mazmorras: Donde Elsa esta prisionera hasta que escapa.
Tejados: Donde Anna y Hans se sientan por un rato . Más tarde Olaf y Anna se deslizan por allí para escapar del castillo.
Curiosidades
La escena donde Elsa y Anna están jugando en el gran salón, cuando lo convierten en un paraíso invernal, podría ser una pista del final, cuando es aceptada por los ciudadanos y visitantes y transforma el patio en una pista de hielo. Incluso se parecen las preguntas de "¿Preparada?" cuando es niña y se dirige a Anna y "¿Están preparados?" como adulta, hacia los visitantes y ciudadanos.
El gran salón también es un lugar importante, ya que de niña, la experiencia de su magia es feliz, y de adulta es de terror por la exposición de su magia a los ciudadanos, visitantes y Anna.
