El álbum es también la banda sonora de la película de Disney Digital 3D Hannah Montana & Miley Cyrus: Best of Both Worlds Concert'. El álbum contiene un CD en vivo y un bono especial de escenas de DVD.
El álbum será puesto en libertad en general en Estados Unidos el 15 de abril de 2008, pero fue puesto a disposición exclusivamente en Wal-Mart el 11 de marzo de 2008.

El primer video del DVD, "Rock Star", fue lanzado en enero de 2008 como la promoción de la película en 3D. En febrero de 2008, el video musical, el álbum también mostró su nombre en los créditos.
