"Partners" (en español Socios) es una estatua creada por el imagineer y animador de DisneyBlaine Gibson para el Disneyland Resort de Anaheim, California. La estatua representa a Walt Disney tomado de la mano de Mickey Mouse en el sentido de que fueron "socios" que dieron vida al sueño de Disneyland.
Desde su inauguración en la Main Street de Disneyland en 1993, se ha reproducido en otros parques, estudios y artículos de merchandising de Disney. La estatua mide 1,80 metros, aunque en realidad Walt Disney medía 1,80 metros. La ceremonia de inauguración de la estatua tuvo lugar el 18 de Noviembre de 1993, en el cumpleaños de Mickey Mouse, 65 años después del estreno de Steamboat Willie.

En la maqueta original realizada para la estatua, Mickey iba a ser representado sosteniendo un cono de helado. Sin embargo, se rechazó por interpretarse como que Walt llevaba a su hijo por el parque.[1]
En Epic Mickey, hay una estatua en El Páramo similar a la de "Compañeros", pero Mickey es sustituido por Oswald, el conejo afortunado que lleva la mano de Walt.
