Rafael Díaz es el padre de Marco y el esposo de Angie Díaz.

Rafael tiene el pelo castaño oscuro, ojos marrones, un corto bigote negro delgado, piel bronceada, y una estructura muscular. Lleva una camisa amarilla con dos rayas amarillas oscuras por el centro que tiene en ellas medios círculos, pantalones grises oscuros y zapatos blancos.
Personalidad[]
Es un hombre muy agradable y de gran corazón de forma muy similar a su esposa, se mantiene positivo en la mayoría de las situaciones, por raras que estas se pongan y tiende a ser muy despistado, una actitud que tiende a molestar a Marco.

Él tiene cierta semejanza con el personaje de Gravity Falls, Marmando.
Él tiene el cuerpo lleno de vellos como se ve en "Vacaciones de la Familia Díaz".
