La canción aparece como número final en High School Musical, interpretada por todo el instituto, incluidos los deportistas, los cerebritos, los chicos del patinaje, las animadoras y todos los Linces.
En el largometraje High School Musical 3: Senior Year es cantada por los alumnos de último año de East High después del musical de primavera mientras la Sra. Darbus (Alyson Reed) anuncia a los alumnos que se gradúan.
En la serie derivada High School Musical: El Musical: La Serie y su álbum de banda sonora, la canción aparece cinco veces. En 2007 se creó una parodia de esta canción/escena en forma de "Stitch Meets High School Musical". En esta parodia (emitida en Disney Channel en Japón y publicada en Estados Unidos en la "Deluxe Dance Edition" de High School Musical 2), Stitch y otros personajes de la franquicia Lilo & Stitch juegan un partido amistoso de baloncesto (con la canción "Get'cha Head in the Game" en la versión para televisión) y luego bailan "We're All in This Together". Los personajes que aparecen en la parodia además de Stitch son (por orden de aparición) Gantu, Sparky, Sample, Felix, Jumba, Pleakley, Reuben, 627 y Angel.
