Winnie the Pooh and a Day for Eeyore es un cortometraje animado de Disney, basado en el libro Winnie-the-Pooh del escritor A.A. Milne. Fue estrenado en 1983 junto al re-estreno de The Sword in the Stone. Fue el último de los cortometrajes de Winnie the Pooh realizados.
Argumento[]
La historia comienza con Pooh caminando sobre un tronco en el río, de pronto observa el puente que está sobre el rio y a su lado mira unas ramitas, entonces se le ocurre hacer una competencia de lanzamiento de varas.
En la escena siguiente, Pooh, Piglet ,Conejo yRito están jugando al lanzamiento de varitas, y miran a Igor que flota por el río, luego de levantarlo y colocarlo en el puente, Igor dice que alguien lo empujó por detrás y en ese momento aparece Tigger que escuchó y afirma que Igor se cayó por si mismo. Sin embargo después admite haber empujado al burro.
Un poco más tarde, Pooh habla con Igor que se encuentra particularmente depresivo, el burro le dice que es su cumpleaños pero que nadie lo recuerda, así que Pooh le da su tarro de miel, Igor, sin embargo no se lo come. pooh decide avisar a Búho de eso. Búho escribe una carta y se la envia a Christopher Robin para que este al tanto. Piglet mientras tanto planeaba darle un globo a Igor pero en el camino, explotó lo que lo hizo sentir culpable así que cuando le dijo a Igor lo que sucedió, apareció Christopher Robin, Pooh y todos los demás y le dieron la fiesta sorpresa a su amigo.
Cuando Tigger entra a la fiesta, Conejo pide que se marche ya que anteriormente había empujado a Igor, Rito en cambio quiere que se quede. Christopher Robin resuelve la pelea sugieriendo que todos jueguen lanzamiento de varas. Igor gana el juego y Tigger lo pierde al no saber lanzar.
