I ask because Dr. Doofenshmirtz's inexplicable return to villainy in the revival makes me question if he's forgotten that he's supposed to become Professor Time in the future (or thinks he has plenty of time to procrastinate on it).

One thing I currently can’t understand is why Disney hasn’t taken the time to make “Phineas and Ferb: Candace Against the Universe” be available to watch outside of Disney+.
I mean, “Phineas and Ferb: Across the 2nd Dimension” is available on home video & other streaming services, the entire “Phineas and Ferb” show, “Milo Murphy’s Law”, and “Hamster & Gretel” are available to watch on other services. But, none of that is the case with “Phineas and Ferb: Candace Against the Universe”!
Why? And is there any way to convince Disney to upgrade the movie’s availability to beyond just Disney+?
