Your ages are good! I think they're totally OK.
<p>I maybe place The Evil Queen being between 35 and 45. So approx 40 years old.
</p><p>Ursula I personally place late 40's maybe, max early 50's. I think she just looked old.
</p><p>Gaston in 25-30 years, so late 20's, till Hans from 20 to 25, so early 20's.
</p><p>Cruella is a big big question for me. She seems a woman in her late 40's, early 50's who looks old, but in fact as Anita's schoolmate she has to be in the same age, and Anita looked like a late 20's or more an early 30's, so idk.
</p><p>I place Facilier just a bit older than you did, I think he is over 40, I would personally say the middle, exactly 45, or something near to that. But he can be younger or older a bit.
</p><p>If I don't count the Maleficent movie, and bloody hell, I don't count it (don't hate on me, it just isn't about the REAL Maleficent for me) she is more without age maybe? She is a fairy. I don't think fairies have age or idk. But maybe I'm wrong, I've never talked with fairies...
</p><p>Just wonder, couldn't be Captain Hook be older, there just isn't aging in Neverlands? I mean he looked exactly the same in the sequel, but approx 20 years run out (Wendy grew up, born two childs and her older child was in her early 10's). So he is maybe older then he seems (what's exactly the same in my opinion too as you write), he just didn't age. But it's just a thought.
</p><p>Jafar was in his late 40's or max in his early 50's I think. I don't really think he would be younger (max in his early 40's, but then he looked too old :D) if the Sultan had problem with his age.
</p><p>Queen of Hearts is in her 50's I think, in her early or middle 50's. Or not. :D
</p><p>Anastasia and Drizella were a bit older than Cinderella I think, so in their early 20's. This means Lady Tremaine should be in her 50's or 60's which is expectable.
</p><p>Frollo has shown when Quasimodo was a baby, he looked aprox 45 then, and it's realistic, because 20 later he looked like he is in his 60's.
</p><p>Mother Gothel stopped her aging in her 40's I think, but in fact he was a couple hundred years old.
</p><p>Hades is a God, so NO AGE I think. But at least Hercules was a god too and he had age, so... Some thousand years.
</p><p>Mr Smee is the same like Captain Hook, what if he stopped aging? Since in Neverland noone grows up, so... But he seems like he is in his 50's or 60's maybe.

<p>I just wanted to touch on your point about fairies having no age. If that is the case, then why do Flora, Fauna, & Merriwether (and if we want to include other fairies from Disney, Fairy Godmother and the Blue Fairy) all seem to be different ages? Merriwether looks younger than the other two.
</p><p>I agree about Captain Hook. He most likely hasn't aged since he's been in Neverland, but the films make him seem like he'd be in his 40's or 50's at least in apperance. Smee also wouldn't age, but seems older than Hook, so I'd place him in his 60's.
</p><p>I completely forgot about Ursula, but I agree with your estimates.
</p><p>Yzma is an interesting one. She appears so thin and frail, but not that old. I wouldn't place her any younger than 60 years old. She's definitely 60 or older.

</p><p>Scar is difficult to place. I don't know if it'd be best to guess his age in terms of a lion's lifespan, or look at it as if the character's were human.
