The Seas with Nemo & Friends est une attraction de type parcours scénique dans le noir (dark-ride) située dans la section World Nature (nouvelle version de Future World) du parc Epcot de Walt Disney World Resort, en Floride. Il s'agit d'une nouvelle version de l'attraction The Living Seas basée sur le film d'animation de Disney et Pixar, Le Monde de Nemo. Elle est ouverte le 4 janvier 2007.
Histoire[]
L'entrée de The Living Seas.
En 2003, le processus d'intégration d'éléments du film Pixar Le Monde de Nemo dans les Parcs Disney a commencé, en commençant par Epcot, incluant Turtle Talk with Crush comme nouveau spectacle, où le personnage de Crush parle au public de la vie marine à l'aide d'un système innovant d'images de synthèse en direct. En 2005, The Living Seas a fermé ses portes pour une longue période de rénovation, consacrée au film Le Monde de Nemo, ce qui a entraîné le retrait des hydrolators et la modification de l'attraction Seacabs. Le pavillon a rouvert en octobre 2006 sous un nouveau nom, The Seas with Nemo and Friends Pavilion, dans le cadre de la célébration Year of a Million Dreams.
L'attraction Finding Nemo Submarine Voyage, qui utilise en grande partie la même animation, a ouvert ses portes à Disneyland en tant que mise à jour du Submarine Voyage original, qui a fermé le 9 septembre 1998. Cette attraction a ouvert le 11 juin 2007.
Fin 2019, dans le cadre de la transformation en cours de Epcot, le pavillon a été rebaptisé The Seas Pavilion. L'icône originale du pavillon est revenue à son usage habituel et la signalisation dans toute la Sea Base a commencé à changer et incorporer les nouvelles polices de caractères et le nouveau look graphique du parc.
Le 1er mars 2020, un jeu de chasse au trésor gratuit appelé « Finding Dory's Friends » a été ajouté à l'aquarium lui-même, sur le thème de la suite du film datant de 2016, Le Monde de Dory. Les visiteurs utilisent un livret gratuit pour faire une chasse au trésor dans l'aquarium en regardant les panneaux d'information près des expositions pour trouver les amis de Dory en résolvant des énigmes de rimes basées sur le chant de Dory, qui sont des espèces marines trouvées dans l'aquarium lui-même.
