Toy Story Midway Mania!, aussi appelé Toy Story Mania! est une attraction parcours scénique interactif en 4D, situé à Disney's Hollywood Studios à Walt Disney World Resort en Floride, à Disney California Adventure à Disneyland Resort et à Tokyo DisneySea à Tokyo Disney Resort.
Conçue par Walt Disney Imagineering et inspirée de la franchise Toy Story de Disney/Pixar, l'attraction a été dévoilée pour la première fois lors d'une conférence de presse à Walt Disney World en janvier 2007. La version floridienne a ouvert officiellement le 31 mai 2008, tandis que la version californienne a ouvert officiellement le 17 juin 2008. La version japonaise de l'attraction a ouvert le 9 juillet 2012.

Le manège est doté d'un Monsieur Patate géant en animatronique qui amuse les personnes faisant la queue, prenant le rôle d'humoriste de la queue. Les visiteurs du parc sont invités à porter des lunettes 3D (ou Carnival Games Goggles)
Attraction[]
L'attraction propose cinq mini-jeux après un tour d'entraînement, chacun d'entre eux comprenant au moins un secret appelé « easter egg » qui peut déclencher des cibles supplémentaires ou des changements de gameplay. Ces jeux sont :
- Hamm & Eggs : Bayonne et Bouton d'Or (qui remplacent Rex après la sortie de Toy Story 3) vous invitent à faire tomber des cibles animales de basse-cour, mobiles ou fixes, avec des œufs durs.
- Rex & Trixie's Dino Darts (initialement Bo Peep's Baaa-loon Pop avant la sortie de Toy Story 3) : Lancez des fléchettes et éclatez des ballons devant un volcan bouillonnant dans ce jeu mettant en vedette Rex et Trixie.
- Green Army Men Shoot Camp : Lancez des balles de baseball pour casser des assiettes dans un champ de tir des Soldats Verts.
- Buzz Lightyear's Flying Tossers : Buzz l'Éclair vous invite à lancer des anneaux et à les faire atterrir au sommet des Aliens.
- Woody's Rootin' Tootin' Shootin' Gallery : Tirez des fléchettes à ventouses sur une variété de cibles de chars de mine dans ce jeu inspiré de l'émission télévisée « Western Woody ».
Peu importe le score de chacun, tout le monde est gagnant. Le score de chaque visiteur est enregistré par un écran d'affichage embarqué au fur et à mesure que les points sont acquis avec des canons jouets individuels tirant des projectiles simulés sur des cibles virtuelles. Les personnages de Toy Story, dont Woody, Bayonne, Buzz l'Éclair, Rex et Trixie, apparaissent au cours des différents jeux de l'attraction. Au moment de débarquer de l'attraction, un véhicule individuel affiche le meilleur score à ce jour à l'heure, au jour et au mois derniers.
Une technologie similaire a été utilisée dans des attractions Disney telles que Pirates of the Caribbean: Battle for Buccaneer Gold à DisneyQuest et plusieurs versions de Buzz Lightyear's Space Ranger Spin. Selon Disney, il s'agit de la première attraction créée simultanément par Walt Disney Imagineering pour deux parcs à thème.

Anecdotes[]
- Woody, Jessie, La Bergère, Pile-Poil et Monsieur Patate sont apparus lors de la cérémonie d'ouverture le 31 mai 2008. Buzz l'Éclair n'a pas pu apparaître en personne avec eux car il passait un an dans l'espace.
- Bien que le scénario Toy Story Mania se déroule après Toy Story 2 et Toy Story 3, le papier peint de la chambre d'Andy Davis dans Toy Story est visible dans l'attraction. Cela est probablement dû au fait que le papier peint était un arrière-plan emblématique très représentatif de Pixar.
- Outre les jouets, les jeux et les livres de la franchise, d'autres références à d'autres films, courts métrages et lieux d'univers Disney (Pixar et non Pixar) ainsi que de grandes copies d'autres jeux et jouets de la franchise décorent l'entrée, la file d'attente et l'attraction, et quelques-uns ne peuvent être vus qu'à cet endroit. Parmi les références, citons l'emballage classique du jeu de construction Tinkertoy que Woody a utilisé pour le podium de réunion, un petit livre d'or Tin Toy, un hélicoptère K'Nex avec sa boîte, des bobines View-Master (prétendument de près d'un mètre de diamètre) pour Peter Pan et Tomorrowland, Ils ne pensent qu'à ça, des récipients Play-Doh, des cartes UNO, des crayons de couleur Crayola (ainsi que des craies et des marqueurs dans la nouvelle zone de Toy Story Land), et les plateaux de jeu et/ou les boîtes et cartes de jeu pour le Monopoly et la version 1952 de Serpents et échelles.
- Papi Pépite est vu sur le manège, bien qu'il ne fasse pas partie des jouets d'Andy ou de Bonnie.
- Les jouets de Bonnie ont été ajoutés au manège avant la sortie de Toy Story 3. Cela a pu révéler des spoilers sur la fin du film.
