Hercules (serie animata)

Hercules è una serie animata prodotta da Disney Channel dal 1998.

La serie è uno spin-off dell'omonimo film (Hercules) del 1997, ma non ne rappresenta né un prequel né un sequel, in quanto le vicende raccontate si svolgono nello stesso tempo del film (midquel) probabilmente durante l'addestramento di Hercules, collocazione che sembra confermata l'episodio Hercules e l'annuario che vede il protagonista sposato con Megara. La serie presenta un errore, in quanto Ade, durante l'addestramento di Hercules, pensava che quest'ultimo fosse morto per mano di Pena e Panico.

Doppiaggio italiano

Il doppiaggio italiano della serie è stato diretto da Silvia Monelli, con dialoghi a cura di Deddy Savagnone.

Ercole e le mille e una notte

"Ercole e le mille e una notte", è un episodio in cui Ercole conoscerà Aladdin, protagonista del film e della serie televisiva omonimi, per via dell'alleanza fra Jafar (morto ne Il ritorno di Jafar) e Ade, il quale riporta in vita lo stregone. L'episodio si svolge dopo la fine di Aladdin e il re dei ladri, deducibile non solo per il vestito di Aladdin e l'assenza di Iago, ma anche per il fatto che Jasmine dica a Filotette di essere sposata, quando il satiro prova corteggiarla.
