Mi hai insegnato a credere è un brano originariamente scritto per l'album Tinker Bell, inserito poi nella colonna sonora del film d'animazione Trilli e il grande salvataggio.

Nella sua versione originale la canzone, scritta da Adam Iscove e cantata da Ruby Summer, era stata inserita nell'album Tinker Bell uscito in concomitanza con il primo film, insieme ad altre canzoni a tema a esso ispirate.
In seguito è stata rielaborata per essere inserita nella scena del terzo film in cui Trilli aiuta Lizzie a compilare il suo diario sulle fate. Questa versione, nota con il sottotitolo Field Fairy Guide nei titoli di coda del film, presenta un taglio e un testo parzialmente diverso ed è interpretata da Holly Brooks (Skylar Grey) in originale e da Rossella Ruini in italiano.
Infine, un'ulteriore versione del brano (con il testo basato su quello originale di Ruby Summer, ma con un nuovo arrangiamento) è stata inserita nei titoli di coda del film, interpretata da Bridgit Mendler in originale e da Syria in italiano. Di quest'ultima versione è stato rilasciato, in ambedue le lingue, un videoclip ufficiale.
