"A Date with Destiny...Dallas and Déjà Vu" is the twentieth episode of 101 Dalmatian Street. It premiered on Disney Channel UK & Europe on August 24, 2019 and on Disney XD in the United States on April 5, 2021[1].
Synopsis[]
Dylan worries about the safety of the Triple-D when they star in a series of increasingly dangerous stunts for an ad campaign.
Plot[]
Triple-D have once again made a successful commercial, this time depicting them taking on three large wrestlers with the help of protein pup kibble. All the siblings voice their love over the new ad, except for Dylan who only sees the actions depicted in the commercial as dangerous. He attempts to keep them away from any harm, but his actions are mocked by Dolly. Dawkins brings in his bubble wrap gun which Dylan had commissioned and it goes off, sending Dylan on a dizzying ride. Triple-D's limo arrives and they take off. Dylan attempts to stop them, but his mangled appearance has their producer shoo him away.
Triple-D arrives at the studio with fans crowding the place. One fan, Hunter, has won a contest to hang out with them the whole day. He seems transfixed on wanting to pet them, but he is foiled by the puppies and their producer at every turn. Dylan arrives at the studio in an attempt to protect his sisters, but is constantly being found by the producer and kicked out for being viewed as a "rabid" dog. Meanwhile, Hunter attempts to pluck a hair from Triple-D using tweezers, but he is constantly getting harmed by something else.
Eventually, Hunter offers to have the next commercial filmed from skydiving off of his helicopter. The producer agrees and for the first time Triple-D are actually frightened. Triple-D, Hunter, and Dylan (who was hiding in Hunter's backpack) jump off the helicopter. Dallas' chute does not open. Dylan comes to the rescue using his bubble wrap gun and rescues both of them. Hunter, having got a piece of hair, falls through the studio roof and lands in jello. Dylan is praised back at home by the siblings, but the moment is ruined when he warns Triple-D of getting a paper cut. Meanwhile, Hunter uses the hair to confirm that the dalmatians are the ones he is looking for and that he is the owner of the hairless cat from "The Nose Job".
