"Adventures in Baby Land" is the one hundred twenty-fourth episode of Doc McStuffins. It premiered on March 1, 2019, and is the fifth episode in the fifth season.
CeCe is looking at Maya's mobile in a crib. Lambie thinks they are very cute, and spending time with cute babies is everything to the head of the nursery, which is Lambie, who has a surprise for CeCe: a brand new onesie. Doc likes the gift, as well as Hallie. Maya wanting CeCe to try it on gives Lambie an idea. Later, Stuffy welcomes everyone to the first annual Maya's Room Onesie Fashion Show, featuring CeCe, who shows everyone her new onesie. With Maya having a great time, Lambie announces it's time to model onesie number two, which is missing something. Lambie decides to wear matching bracelets when CeCe grabs her toysponder and transports herself. Maya then cries, and Doc calms her down while Lambie regrets not taking care of CeCe. Doc tells her that she will be found.
She then contacts Robot Ray and informs them of CeCe missing. Ray eventually tracks Lambie's toysponder to the McStuffinsville Toy Hospital. The toys are relieved to hear this, and Doc announces that they will head over there right away before calming Maya down. Everyone then transports themselves to the hospital when they hear CeCe already. Stuffy slips on water, and everyone continues their search. CeCe then takes the baby carriage exit out of the nursery. The conveyor belt leads to Baby Land, which is where baby toys go after their checkups, if they haven't been paired with a kid yet. It's also a safe place for them to wait until a kid is ready for them. Doc and the toys have never seen it, and they would have to be babies to enter there.
Chilly recaps his head being too full of fuzz, and Lambie states that the toys have been baby toys before when they all fell into the Magic Heart Maker machine at Baby Doll headquarters. They decide to transform again to head to Baby Land. Once at Baby Doll headquarters, Doc and the toys meet Delilah and Lambie tells everything that happened. Doc and the toys then follow Delilah to the slide that leads to the Magic Heart maker. Although Doc has never been a baby before, she vows that CeCe must be found, as she can't think of Maya without her. Everyone then heads down the slide and turns into babies.
It doesn't take long for Lambie and the other toys to cry over CeCe missing. Chilly states it's not easy being a baby toy. Doc reminds them that they need to get to Baby Land, and they take a pipeline that also heads there. The toys are delighted to see the land, including the storks, who make sure Baby Land is safe for all baby dolls. Hallie, Stuffy, and Chilly decide to take a nap when Stuffy reminds them about what they should do, followed by Doc. Stuart suggests they start at Fort Blanket. Lambie and Doc tell them that CeCe needs to be found. Stuart tells them that a guide is needed, which is him. Doc and the toys are on the search for CeCe, and wonder where she is.
So far, they don't know where she is, and they soon oversee a view from the top of Baby Land, including McStuffinsville. The only spot unchecked was Baby Building Block Tower. Stuart's beeping sounds, meaning it's time for him to start delivering some baby dolls. He wishes everyone luck. Lambie tells Doc that when she made her head of the nursery, she thought she was the right toy for the job. Doc tells her that Lambie is cut out for taking care of baby toys. Although the world might feel big now that they're babies, they will find CeCe eventually. They will do it together.
They then see the baby block tower, and Lambie wonders where CeCe is. Doc spots her on top of the tower. Lambie and Doc head up the tower to rescue CeCe when they feel the building wobbly. Lambie tries to get CeCe while the others cheer her on. Stuffy trips on Hallie, colliding into a block afterwards, causing the tower to fall. The toysponder also falls off CeCe, and another baby uses it to transport herself and the other babies away. The tower falls on everyone, who say that they're all right.
Doc tells Robot Ray about CeCe and the other baby toys missing. Ray spots them in downtown McStuffinsville, where they'll make trouble. Doc and the toys then transport there to get them back. However, CeCe was the only one not transported. Later, Doc and the toys see the babies making mischief all over town. Doc and Lambie decide for everyone to round up the babies while Lambie decides to find CeCe herself and get her back to Maya safe and sound.
Chilly and Stuffy hear crying in a room coming from three babies. Stuffy uses his Dragon Jump move to no avail, and causes plates and cups to fall. Chilly and Stuffy catch them and the babies. Meanwhile, Doc tells the Wicked King and Queen Amina where the babies are, and the King states that they are trespassing on castle grounds when he notices Doc and Hallie as babies. The King tells Doc and Hallie to follow the sounds of crying up to the castle balcony, which is unfortunate since the King and Amina are in the middle of royal renovations.
Doc and Hallie see two babies fall onto a beam held up by a crane. Doc decides to get them to stop moving, and it will happen if they get put to sleep. Doc sings them a lullaby so that they can cuddle up. Meanwhile, Lambie finds CeCe in a gumball machine and calls Officer Pete. She tells him everything, and he gets backup. CeCe opens the machine, releasing the gumballs and causing more havoc over town. Lambie eventually gets her and the other dolls. The other toys have done the same thing. Lambie notices CeCe with the toysponder, but notices the different onesie. The other toys claim they found CeCe when Doc tells them that there are lots of different models of CeCe for lots of different kids, due to its popularity. This means Maya's CeCe is the only one missing. Doc tells Lambie that no one loves and knows babies more than her, and After thinking, Lambie resumes her search for CeCe.
She finds her looking at the mobile the whole time. Doc and the toys thank Lambie for the rescue. After Stuart returns, Doc decides to give the dolls a checkup to make sure they're okay. Everyone is doing great, and later, CeCe returns to Maya. Doc and the toys, now back to normal, are delighted to see this. Doc tells her toys that a kid knows her toy better than anyone, and they form a special bond, no matter what. Lambie is still sad, as she should've been keeping a better eye on CeCe. Doc tells her that she stepped up even when Doc wasn't at her most grown-up. Lambie is a hero for babies everywhere and the bravest. CeCe decides to do another fashion show, and is then put into another cute outfit by the toys. This time, CeCe will not be let out of Lambie's sight.
