Agent Barrie is a character in the Marvel Cinematic Universe, who makes his only appearance in series finale of the Disney+ series Ms. Marvel. He is portrayed by Ethan McDowell.
Agent Barrie is a member of the Department of Damage Control, who is brought in to assist Agent Sadie Deever in her pursuit of a young enhanced individual, who escaped custody from the DODC Supermax Prison.

After an enhanced individual escapes custody from the DODC Supermax Prison, Agent Barrie is brought into the investigation, alongside Agent Deever. The pair meets up at a local convenience store in Jersey City, Circle Q, after he was last sighted there.
The pair walk past the crime, after an encounter with a Damage Control drone, leaves the building in a decimated state. Deever expresses her frustrations at the consequences of the wrong people getting powers, and when Barrie questions her statement, she clarifies she's referring to kids. She orders him to put the city on lockdown, and he suggests using enhanced rounds for the powered individual. Deever adds she wants it to be non-lethal, so they can learn of his nature, once he's been recaptured.
That evening, Agent Barrie and Deever head to Coles Academic High School, where they set up base, after learning that their escaped convict was sighted, hiding in the school, alongside an additional enhanced individual. They are also met by a large group of protestors, who objectify at their involvement in apprehending the enhanced individuals.
A team of DODC agents storm the building, and inform their superiors that they've identified multiple suspects, all of whom are identical. Agent Barrie questions whether their target can multiply now. When the agents are nowhere to be seen, Deever suggests bringing her men in, and Agent Barrie orders an additional team to set up a perimeter on the outside edge.
The enhanced individual exits the building, and refuses to comply with Deever's orders and surrender. She orders fire, and Agent Barrie and the others take aim at him. The second enhanced individual, Night Light, jumps out of the schools window, and creates a shield, between themselves and the agents’ bullets. Barrie and the others ceasefire, while a sonic weapon is used in place, to successfully counteract the pair of enhanced individuals. Night Light manages to recover from the attack, and creates a Hard Light exoskeleton. She heads in the direction of the weapon, causing Barrie and the others to flee, as she destroys it with her embiggened fists. The original enhanced individual releases a burst of energy, pushing Barrie and everyone in near vicinity back, but Night Light manages to placate him, and he escapes. Damage Control still want Night Light arrested, but Agent Barrie and Deever find that the group of protestors, have surround themselves around Night Light to protect her. The agents move past them, but before they can reach her, she can be seen sprinting away in the air, on her platforms. Barrie suddenly gets a call, and finds Agent Cleary on other line, wanting to speak to Deever. After she returns the phone, they are forces to fall out, leaving a cheering crowd behind.
