Albert Lincoln "Al" Roker Jr. is an American television personality, weather forecaster, actor, and book author. He is best known as being the weather anchor on NBC's Today.

For Disney, he guest starred in 2 season two episodes of the Disney Channel original animated series, The Proud Family, entitled "Tween Town" and "Twins to Tweens", as an antagonist later neutral character who grants Penny Proud's wishes at horrible prices. He was mentioned in the MECH-X4 episode "Versus Harper's Ghost".
