Alison Brie Schermerhorn, simply known by her stage name Alison Brie, is an American actress, who is best known for her television roles as Trudy Campbell in the AMC period drama series Mad Men from 2007 to 2015, Annie Edison in the NBC/Yahoo! Screen sitcom Community from 2009 to 2015, and Ruth Wilder in the Netflix comedy-drama series GLOW from 2017 to 2019. She also voiced Unikitty in The LEGO Movie franchise and Diane Nguyen in the Netflix adult animated black comedy-drama series BoJack Horseman from 2014 to 2020.
For Disney, she portrayed Nina in the Hannah Montana episode "It's My Party, and I'll Lie if I Want To" and directed an episode of Marvel's 616. She also appeared in Dr. Ken and voiced Am in Star Wars: Visions. Additionally, she voiced Aftershock in Moon Girl and Devil Dinosaur.
