All Hands and Mr. Starfish are characters from the animated series Chip 'n Dale Rescue Rangers. They only appear in the episode "A Creep in the Deep".

All Hands is a pink octopus who wears a sailor hat and a red bandana on his neck.
Mr. Starfish is a yellow/orange starfish who wears a red hat, an eyepatch, and a white T-shirt with blue stripes.
Roles[]
All Hands and Mr. Starfish serve as secondary antagonists in the episode of the series. They are members of Captain Finn's crew. All Hands appears to be idiotic and he usually discharges all kinds of land job while Mr. Starfish is Captain Finn's starfish quartermaster.

- All Hands' name is a pun on the slang term for an entire ship's crew "All Hands".
- With Captain Finn, the rest of his henchmen, including Mr. Starfish, and the Nautilus heading for the desert, All Hands is the only survivor, provided that All Hands survived the long fall in the ocean.
