"All in the Mind" is the second segment of the thirty-second episode of the Disney Channel animated series, The Ghost and Molly McGee.
Synopsis[]
When Scratch breaks out in a bad case of bubbles, he and Molly take a surreal journey into his mind to find a cure.
Plot[]
Scratch suddenly develops pulsating bubbles. The Ghost Doctor tells him that his problem is psychotic and therefore needs to be dealt with mentally. When Molly asks if he has anything that he is holding back, Scratch denies anything, saying that he has been honest with her and does not even know what he could be concerned about. Molly decides that they need to venture into his mind and uses Scratch's personal book of ghost spells to perform a mind spell. Scratch reluctantly decides to perform the spell and the two of them end up inside his mind, resembling a grey version of the house and occupied by a disinterested monkey in a suit.
After searching high and low, Molly and Scratch find a glowing star on Scratch's doll house and they enter it, ending up on a boat made out cardboard and surrounded by water made of strawberry soda. They realize that they are inside a strawberry soda bottle, which Molly equates to Scratch bottling up his emotions. This results in Scratch lashing out and admitting that he is scared about what any of this means. They make it to the exit and end up in a void with a suitcase that has a star on it. When they approach it, a building appears and lifts the case up, forcing the two to climb two ladders (as Scratch's ability to float was disabled) while avoiding the monkey who begins to toss bananas at them.
Scratch once again lashes out at Molly over not knowing what he repressed before finally admitting that when he drank the strawberry soda some time ago, he did a flashback to something, and he was afraid to talk about it. Molly tells him that she will be there for him to help him cope. The monkey ceases his banana attack and leaves. Upon reaching the suitcase at the top, they are treated to a memory of Scratch's childhood and his friend Adia who planned to travel the world with him before she moved away. Molly promises to always stick around with Scratch and help him. With this situation resolved, all the bubbles burst and Scratch's head returns to normal, though they are still confused by the monkey in a suit. The end title card is interrupted by a bubble with Adia's face reflected in it.

Trivia[]
- This is Adia's second appearance after "A Soda to Remember", but the first time she is referred to by name.
- The original ghost chairman appeared on the cover of the Book of Rare Curses.
- Also on the cover surrounding his hands are 5 eyes similar in appearance and position to The Core's from Amphibia.
- The episode's title was originally called "Best Friends ForNEVER!", and the synopsis revolved around Molly rather than Scratch. The episode would have begun with the two seeing the Ghost Doctor after the two got into an argument about Scratch breaking Molly's pen. They go through different scenarios in their mind where Scratch learns that the pen held sentimental value for Molly as it reminded her of her old best friend Tamika. It would have been revealed that part of Molly's positivity and optimism stems from her repressing her sad emotions. Scratch admits that he has been insensitive and tells Molly that it is okay to be sad every now and then. The doctor attempts to get into Scratch's mind, but he leaves before she can.[1]
