Allison Ivy Shearmur was an American film executive and producer.

Shearmur attended the University of Pennsylvania Law School and the USC Gould School of Law, becoming a member of the State Bar of California. After graduation, she was hired as an assistant at Columbia TriStar. She worked at Universal as executive vice-president, Paramount as co-president of production, and, in 2008, Lionsgate as president of film production. Shearmur also formed her own eponymous production company, Allison Shearmur Productions.

She was Disney's vice-president between 1994 and 1997, and after that she worked for Disney producing the movies Cinderella, Rogue One, and Solo.
