Ally Matsumura, known professionally as Ally Maki is an American actress and voice actress. She is best known for her role as Jess Kato in the TBS comedy series Wrecked.
For Disney, she played Mina Hess on Marvel/Freeform's Cloak and Dagger and voiced Giggle McDimples in the 2019 Disney/Pixar film, Toy Story 4. She also made a few cameos on Disney Channel shows, such as That's So Raven. She will play Viney in The Owl House.
