Alyssa Jayne Milano is an American actress, producer, and former singer. She is best known for her roles as Samantha Michelli on the ABC sitcom Who's the Boss? from 1984 to 1992, Phoebe Halliwell on The WB series Charmed from 1998 to 2006, and Savannah Davis on the ABC drama series Mistresses from 2013 to 2014. She also serves as a host and judge for Project Runway: All Stars.

For Disney, she voiced Angel in the 2001 direct-to-video film, Lady and the Tramp II: Scamp's Adventure, Scarlett Rosetti in the Disney XD animated series Kick Buttowski: Suburban Daredevil, and Bimini in Beverly Hills Chihuahua 2. She was also an inspiration for Ariel in the 1989 animated film, The Little Mermaid. Additionally, she played Frances Ella "Fizzy" Fitz in Goldrush: A Real Life Alaskan Adventure and Kyra Blaine in the ABC TV show, Castle. She even played Haylee in Grey's Anatomy.
