Alyssa Jayne Milano (born December 19, 1972) is an American actress, producer and former singer who is best known for her role as Phoebe Halliwell on The WB TV series Charmed from 1998 to 2006, Samantha Michelli from Who's the Boss, and Savannah Davis on the ABC drama series Mistresses from 2013 to 2014.
For Disney, she voiced Angel in Disney's 2001 direct-to-video film Lady and the Tramp II: Scamp's Adventure, and voiced Scarlett Rosetti in the Disney XD animated series Kick Buttowski: Suburban Daredevil. She also was inspiration for Ariel on the 1989 Disney animated film The Little Mermaid. She also played Frances Ella 'Fizzy' Fitz in Goldrush: A Real Life Alaskan Adventure, Bimini in Beverly Hills Chihuahua 2 and Kyra Blaine in the ABC TV show Castle.
