Amir Talai is an Iranian-American actor, voice actor, writer, and stand-up comedian. He is well-known for voicing Alastor in the Amazon Prime Video adult animated musical comedy series Hazbin Hotel.
For Disney, he portrayed Sanjay in the Hannah Montana episode "Debt it Be", the Alien Leader in the Wizards of Waverly Place episode "Wizard for a Day", and Alistair Goodspeed in the Wizards Beyond Waverly Place episode "Potions Eleven". He also voiced Tupp in The Lion Guard episode "Journey of Memories", Uncle Naveed and Terry Kline in the Hailey's On It! episodes "Splatter of the Bands" and "Lady and the Trampoline", and the Brown Overalls Frog, Watering Frog, and Heart Shirt Frog in the Amphibia episodes "Best Fronds" and "Breakout Star".
