Amelia Ellen "Amy" Bruckner (born March 28, 1991) is an American actress and singer who played Pim Diffy in the Disney Channel sitcom Phil of the Future and voiced Hayley Kay Long, and Millie Fillmore in the Disney Channel animated series American Dragon: Jake Long.
