Amelia Ellen "Amy" Bruckner (born March 28, 1991) is an American actress and singer who played Pim Diffy in the Disney Channel sitcom Phil of the Future, and voiced Haley Long and Millie Fillmore in the Disney Channel animated series American Dragon: Jake Long.

She also sang a backing soprano vocal role in Cinderella's song "A Dream is a Wish Your Heart Makes", with the Disney Channel Circle of Stars.
