Andrew Roane "Andy" Dick is an American actor, comedian, musician, and television and film producer. He is perhaps best known for portraying eccentric characters in films and TV series, as well as his sensationalistic and controversial behavior related to substance abuse. His first regular television role was on the short-lived but influential The Ben Stiller Show from 1992 to 1993. He then became known for his role as Matthew Brock on the NBC sitcom NewsRadio from 1995 to 1999. He also voiced Boingo the rabbit in the 2005 animated comedy Hoodwinked! and its 2011 sequel.

For Disney, he voiced Nuka in the 1998 Disney direct-to-DVD film The Lion King II: Simba's Pride, played Dr. Claw's goofy scientist Kramer in the 1999 Disney live-action film, Inspector Gadget, and voiced Henri in Castle in the Sky and Jerry Driscoll in Randy Cunningham: 9th Grade Ninja. Dick also played Owen Kronsky in the ABC sitcom Less Than Perfect. He reprised his role as Nuka in The Lion Guard.
