Background

He is the protagonist of the episode "The Eye on the Skullship" as he is struggling to get an interview with Lord Hater and trying to avoid Commander Peepers at the same time. In the end, he made all the watchdogs feel special and want to keep watching his show so Peepers orders Andy to keep making his show much to Andy's delight.
