"Attack of the Pirate Piranhas" is the first segment of the one hundred and eighth episode of Jake and the Never Land Pirates. It premiered on June 21, 2016 alongside "March of the Lava Monsters", and is the first segment of the thirteenth episode in the fourth season.
Synopsis[]
When the Pirate Piranhas take residence in Neverland thanks to Captain Hook's mishap, Captain Jake and company work together with Brewster the Beast Trapper and Finn the Mer-Boy in order to lure the Pirate Piranhas away from Neverland and into a place where the piranhas never stop eating anything: Sunken Ship Gorge.
Plot[]
On the Jolly Roger, Captain Hook tells Bones where Never Land is, and Bones reveals to have been reading an orange instead of a compass. The ship passes by shipwrecks and Sharky catches a Pirate Piranha, who eats the fishing rod. Mr. Smee knows them as dangerous fish who eat anything. Ignoring the facts, Captain Hook sails the Jolly Roger through a shipwreck, and the Pirate Piranhas eat the ship, which then sets sail for Never Land.
On the Mighty Colossus, Brewster tells Jake and his crew that the ship is big enough to carry his trapping equipment to the Trap Shack. He reveals to have become a beast trapper to help man and beast when they aren't getting along. The Jolly Roger shows up, and Brewster spots the Pirate Piranhas eating the ship. Jake and his crew decide to help Captain Hook.
Meanwhile, Finn is bringing wind sail surfboard to Queen Coralie when the Jolly Roger passes by, chased by the Pirate Piranhas. Captain Hook steers the ship away from Mermaid Lagoon, and the Pirate Piranhas jump over the ship, including eating a barrel Bones tries to hide in and Captain Hook's hat. Captain Hook's crew then abandon the Jolly Roger before the Pirate Piranhas continue eating it. They then eat Finn's surfboard, and Finn makes it to the Mighty Colossus, where he is told by Jake and his crew about the Pirate Piranhas.
Brewster has an idea of trapping the Pirate Piranhas with the aqua trapper, which is made of the strongest Never metal. Brewster proves it works by providing Skully as an example. The bait for the Pirate Piranhas is deep-sea driftwood. Finn places it in the aqua trapper, and when the Pirate Piranhas eat it, they become trapped, but chew their way out afterwards. Jake decides for his crew to push the Pirate Piranhas out of the lagoon.
In the Never Sea, Jake tells Finn that he, Izzy, and Cubby will blow the Pirate Piranhas away with their new Never Sea bubble cannons. However, they chew through the bubbles and back into the Never Sea. Jake, Izzy, Cubby, and Finn use evasive maneuvers in an attempt to escape the Pirate Piranhas, with one of them still chasing Captain Hook's crew. Cubby assumes that Pirate Piranhas never quit, and he, Jake, and Izzy return to the Mighty Colossus where the Pirate Piranhas can't get them.
Jake then steers the ship to Mermaid Lagoon, and wants his crew to think the Pirate Piranhas are going to eat the ship. Brewster follows up by suggesting the Mighty Colossus be used to lure the Pirate Piranhas out to sea. He knows place where the Pirate Piranhas can eat all day and never run out of stuff to munch: Sunken Ship Gorge. The Mighty Colossus soon makes it there, and Jake leads the Pirate Piranhas there before turning the ship around and Brewster lowers the anchor, sending the Pirate Piranhas under the Never Sea. They then start eating the shipwrecks, and Brewster reassures Jake and his crew that they can gorge there all they want and never run out of things to munch. Finn thanks Jake for the help before leaving. However, one Pirate Piranha is still chasing Captain Hook's crew.
Back on Pirate Island, Jake and his crew put the gold doubloons they collected into their Team Treasure Chest. Meanwhile, Captain Hook's crew make it to an island and grab its tree to escape the Pirate Piranha, but the tree bends repeatedly and the Pirate Piranha still threatens to eat them.
