The Aurora's Crown is a fictional tiara belonging to Aurora, first worn in the 1959 film of the same name. It was created through the use of magic by the three good fairies as a gift to her.
Appearances[]
Sleeping Beauty[]
The royal golden crown is a tiara conjured by the three good fairies as a gift for Aurora, a symbol that, at that moment, she was about to truly become "a princess" and cease being "Briar Rose." After being given to her by the fairies, the crown remains on her head until she pricks her finger on the spinning wheel; whereupon she falls asleep, and the crown falls off her head.
After putting Aurora to bed, the fairies automatically place the golden tiara back on her head, where it remains until the end of the film.
Disney Princess Enchanted Tales: Follow Your Dreams[]
During all her appearances, Aurora can be seen wearing her crown along with her classic pink dress. She only removes her tiara when she changes into her pajamas to go to sleep.
Sofia the First[]
Aurora is seen wearing her golden crown on top of her golden hair in "Holiday in Enchancia", when Sofia's amulet calls her to Sofia and her family's aid.
Maleficent []
With the death of her father Stefan, Aurora becomes queen of both the human and fairy kingdoms, shortly after Maleficent abdicates her position as queen of the Moors, thus uniting the two lands. Upon her coronation, Aurora is presented with a beautiful golden crown.
Ralph Breaks the Internet[]
As Aurora wears her famous pink princess dress, we can see her golden crown atop her head.
Maleficent: Mistress of Evil[]
At the beginning of the film, Aurora's crown is stolen by Pinto and the three good fairies as a way to get her attention, so Phillip can propose. At the end, after the wedding ceremony, flowers are added to the crown.
LEGO Disney Princess: The Castle Quest[]
Aurora's crown was among the items stolen by Gaston, alongside Prince Phillip's Shield of Virtue and Sword of Truth.
