"Babe" Whistler is a minor antagonist of the Disney Channel animated series Big City Greens. She is the wife of Chip Whistler who supports her husband's evil endeavors.

Babe is an ever optimistic woman who seems pretty happy talking about anything. All topics seem to amuse her to an almost unsettling degree. She does appear to be in a happy relationship with Chip, whom she adores and loves unconditionally. This relationship is revealed to mainly be based on, what she perceived to be, an open and honest relationship, as she was disappointed to learn that Chip was hiding things from her. However, Babe was glad to see that Chip's urge to get revenge on the Greens had a positive influence on him because it gave him a goal, showing that she appreciates genuine passion.
