The Baby Spiders are first seen in Chapter 5: The Crypt Creeper where they are seen in the Corridor of Coffins where each coffin opens up, and Baby Spiders will pop out to attack Jack Skellington, before entering the Buried Chamber to fight the Mega Spider.
They are seen in every boss battle of the Mega Spider. Once you attack, it's behind the Mega Spider will go down and baby spiders will merge out of the ground.
