Baron Blitz is one of the recurring villains of Teamo Supremo, and notably the first villain the series' titular characters ever went up against. He is a short, Napoleonic dictator with blue skin and a German accent who frequently schemes to take over the state. His origins are never explained.

Blitz usually made attempts to take over the State by stealing money in order to gain power. In his last appearance, his goal expands to world domination. However, he always fails because of his continuous losses to Teamo. His minions usually consist of inanimate objects which he has brought to life by use of remote control, including wax statues, bronze football players, and audio-animatronics.

Along with the Birthday Bandit, Blitz was the most frequently recurring of the Teamo Supremo villains, appearing in five episodes - "In the Beginning...", "The Baron and the Baby Brother", "Calling Captain Excellent", "The Baron's Blitz", and "Science Friction!", and also having a cameo in "The Will of the People".
