- The episode's title is a play on "Beatlemania", which is the term given to the intense fan frenzy directed towards the English rock band the Beatles in the 1960s.
- The song "Boogie Beagle Blues" appeared on The Disney Afternoon soundtrack.
- One of the Beagle Boys makes a reference to the Beatles' song "A Hard Day's Night."
- Ma Beagle is referencing an old butter commercial when she says "It's not nice to fool with Mother Beagle."
- When Burger Beagle is drooling over a cake with strawberries in it, he references the Beatles song "Strawberry Fields Forever".
- The end of “The Boogie Beagle Blues” has the four members harmonising, it is a reference to the Beatles’ song, “Twist and Shout”
- The name, “The Beagles” is a wordplay to “The Beatles” but The Beagles’ outfits don’t match the suit The Beatles wore. The Beagles wear in this episode at start, their normal outfits, but after that, their outfits have a rock and roll type style, Burger’s outfit might be a reference to Elvis Presley, while the three other Beagles wear outfits almost like Aerosmith and Alice Cooper
