Bernadette the Louisiana Black Bear is a musician bear that plays Rara music for the Tiana's Bayou Adventure attraction in the Disney Parks.
Background[]
Bernadette loves to enjoy life, from splashing in the waters of her bayou home with her cub, Sebastián, to playing the horn with her mate, Claude. She's a clear thinker and is warm and supportive. Bernadette loves to sink into the bayou waters and munch on plants (so long as Sebastián is clearly within sight).
Development[]
An artwork of Bernadette the Louisiana Black Bear was revealed to be featured in the upcoming attraction at Disneyland and Walt Disney World's Tiana's Bayou Adventure. Therefore, the Imagineers are creating the animatronic of the bear to make her appearance in the attraction.

Bernadette can be first seen in the "Gonna Take You There" sequence, where she is playing her horn alongside with other members of the Rara Critter Musicians.
She can be seen one last time in the "Special Spice" final sequence, where she can be seen standing on the balcony of Fleur du Bayou, while playing her horn next to Apollo as Tiana and Naveen are hosting the Mardi Gras party.

Bernadette can be seen on The Bayou Community Band poster outside the store, and can also be seen on a portrait inside the store.
Tiana's Bayou General[]
Bernadette can be seen in a photo-op inside the store, where he is seen playing music with his trumpet, next to her husband, Claude.
