William Thomas "Bill" Hader, Jr. is an American actor, voice actor, comedian, writer, producer, and director, best known for being a cast member on the NBC sketch comedy and variety show Saturday Night Live (2005–2013). He is also well-known for his many voice roles, such as Flint Lockwood in Sony Pictures' Cloudy with a Chance of Meatballs and its 2013 sequel, Guy Gagné in DreamWorks' Turbo, Firewater and Tequila in the 2016 R-rated computer-animated film Sausage Party, and King Leonard Mudbeard in The Angry Birds Movie and its 2019 sequel. He currently stars in the HBO crime drama series Barry as Barry Berkman/Barry Block, and is also a writer and occasional voice actor for the 1997 adult animated sitcom South Park.
Additionally, he is known for his supporting roles in various comedy films, such as Power Rangers, Superbad, Pineapple Express, Forgetting Sarah Marshall, Tropic Thunder, Adventureland, and Night at the Museum: Battle of the Smithsonian.
For Disney, he had multiple Pixar voice roles, such as the Slug Monster Student and Referee in Monsters University, Fear in Inside Out, Stan in Finding Dory, Axel the Carnie in Toy Story 4, and Featheringhamstan in Lightyear. Outside of Pixar, he also voiced J.P. Spamley (uncredited) in the 2018 Disney animated sequel film Ralph Breaks the Internet, Bloodbottler in The BFG, and portrayed Nick Kringle in Noelle. Additionally, he voiced the Leader and Angar the Screamer in M.O.D.O.K..
