Billie is the main protagonist in Disney Channel Original Series Wizards Beyond Waverly Place. She is Winter's Best Friend. She is a powerful young wizard-in-training who gets sent to live in the mortal world to live with the only wizard teacher that can teach her how to control her powers Justin Russo, the former Headmaster at WizTech.
