"Billy Beagle's Tip-Top Garage" is the first segment of the twenty-first episode of Mickey and the Roadster Racers.[1]
Synopsis
Billy Beagle arrives at Mickey's Garage as part of his show "Billy Beagle's Tip-Top Garage" where he spends the day filming Mickey and his friends working there and turn a junky vehicle into a winning roadster in order to win the Tip-Top Plaque. Though Pete wants to get involved with the restoration of the vehicle with comical results.
