Billy Lee was an American child actor, who appeared in many films from the mid-1930s through the early 1940s. For Disney, he provided the voice of the Boy in Disney's 1941 short The Reluctant Dragon.

He was born in Nelson, Indiana. When he was three years old, the family moved to California where his parents enrolled him in The Meglin School For Kiddies in Los Angeles. Learning how to dance, Lee soon appeared in films, like Wagon Wheels with Randolph Scott, Make a Wish with Bobby Breen, Too Many Parents, Easy to Take, Silk Hat Kid, The Big Broadcast of 1937, Sons of the Legion, Boy Trouble, and The Biscuit Eater. He also appeared in the starring role of "Pinhead" in the 1941 musical comedy film Reg'lar Fellers with Carl "Alfalfa" Switzer from The Little Rascals.

He would appear in two films: War Dogs and Eyes of the Underworld, before retiring from the industry. He would go on to serve as a Private 1st Class in the US Army during the Korean War and married Madelein T. McBride with whom he had four children. Eight months after his 60th birthday, Lee died of a heart attack and is interred at Riverside National Cemetery, Riverside, California.
