Billy Ray Cyrus is an American country music singer, songwriter, actor, and philanthropist, who has achieved great success worldwide.
For Disney, he is known for his role as Robby Ray Stewart on the popular Disney Channel Original Series Hannah Montana. He is the father of Miley Cyrus, with whom he co-stars on Hannah Montana. He also provided the voice of Buck Buckerson in the Phineas and Ferb episode "It's a Mud, Mud, Mud, Mud World".
He also did a cover of the song "Real Gone" by Sheryl Crow for the Disneymania 6 album. It was made into a music video directed by Trey Fanjoy. It was released as a digital single only on June 18, 2008, after it was featured on the Country Sings Disney compilation. This version is nearly the same as the original, but the lyric "Bud Light, Chevrolet" was changed to "Apple pie, Chevrolet" to make it more appropriate for children, because they're not old enough to drink alcohol (e.g. Bud Light beer).
