Blaine is a loud and boisterous fellow who always seems to be in a confident good mood. It is implied that he is wealthy to some degree, as he was able to easily get an office job with very little effort. Despite this, he does seem to be friendly with others such as Cousin Bud Humphrey in his Cousin Buck persona, and Lita whom he was happy to fill in as his "segundo".

Blaine is a light-skinned, blond-haired young man who is rather chubby. He wears a light green, long sleeved polo shirt, a gold watch, beige slacks, and black shoes.
