Blu Mankuma is an American actor, voice actor, singer, and musician, who is known for playing Charles Booker in The Final Storm and Albert in Upside Down. He is also known for voicing General Sargent in League of Super Evil.
For Disney, he played Henry Turner in The Girl Who Spelled Freedom, a butler in Davy Crockett: Rainbow in the Thunder, Detective Hiatt in Sky High, and a police commissioner in Honey, I Shrunk the Kids: The TV Show. He also portrayed Royal Reynolds in Ladies and the Champ, Gort in Halloweentown II: Kalabar's Revenge, and John Pierce in The Santa Clause 2.
