It understand why this is being made, as today's children possibly don't know nor have seen Song of the South. At least I got one last time to get in the ride last year before its refurbishment ;')

I wouldn't be too sure about any refurbishment coming soon. Becuase with so many people opposing and outnumbering the few who want the change, based on their miner personal feelings, Disney might reconsider. And with anew chairman of parks, Josh D' Amaro, he might stop this. After all he seems to think abnout his people over money, and seems to plan to have Disney loved as it was and make his employees and guests happy and satisfied. Sometimes when it comes to Backlash, companies might cancel or postpone stuff, based on customer service. You know the old saying, the customer ios always right (not counting the trolls who want change and who don't appear to be True Disney Fans).
