Robert Michael "Bobby" Moynihan, Jr. is an American actor, comedian, writer, producer, and singer. He is best known for being a cast member on the NBC late-night sketch comedy and variety show Saturday Night Live for nine whole seasons (between 2008 and 2017). He is also well-known for voicing Mel in the 2016 Universal/Illumination animated comedy film The Secret Life of Pets and its 2019 sequel, Mayor Percival J. Muldoon, the main antagonist of The Nut Job 2: Nutty by Nature, Hal in the 2015 PBS Kids animated series Nature Cat, Panda Bear in the Cartoon Network series We Bare Bears, Grunt in the 2019 Hulu original series The Bravest Knight, and Fantos the Amassor, the main antagonist of the Netflix animated superhero series Kid Cosmic.
For Disney, he voiced Chet Alexander in the 2013 Disney/Pixar film Monsters University, King Crab in the Jake and the Never Land Pirates episode "Cubby's Crabby Crusade", Forgetter Bobby in the 2015 Disney/Pixar film Inside Out and its 2024 sequel, Louie in the DuckTales reboot series, Dude in Descendants 2 and Descendants 3, Yani and Okra in Star Wars Resistance, Pintu in Star Wars: The Clone Wars, an Unidentified Gran Trader in Star Wars: The Bad Batch, and Geezer in Star Wars: Visions. He also played Puck in the 2010 Touchstone Pictures film When in Rome, Aleksy in Delivery Man, and Stanlee, a comic book store clerk in Flora & Ulysses.
