Robert Michael "Bobby" Moynihan Jr. is an American actor, comedian, and writer who is best known for being a cast member on the NBC late-night sketch comedy and variety show, Saturday Night Live for nine seasons, between 2008 and 2017. He also voiced Hal in the 2015 children's television series Nature Cat and Panda in Cartoon Network's original series We Bare Bears. He also voiced Mel in Universal/Illumination's The Secret Life of Pets.

For Disney, he voiced Chet Alexander in the 2013 Disney/Pixar film, Monsters University, King Crab in the Jake and the Never Land Pirates episode "Cubby's Crabby Crusade", Forgetter Bobby in the 2015 Disney/Pixar film, Inside Out, Louie in the DuckTales reboot series, Dude in the Disney Channel Original Movies, Descendants 2 and Descendants 3, and Flix in Star Wars Resistance. He also played Aleksy in the 2013 Touchstone Pictures film, Delivery Man. He will play a Comic Book Store Clerk in Flora & Ulysses.
