Book of Enchantment was a planned series that was to be developed for the Disney+ streaming platform. The show was to focus on the Disney Villains, and was based on the Villain books written by Serena Valentino. Though never officially announced, it was reported on August 22, 2019 that the show would not move forward in development due to the show getting "too dark".
